    I didnt know whether to laugh, cry, or pretend I knew what was taking place on stage during their set in Pensacola. The best part was when the whole crowd erupts in cheers because the singer eventually found out his fly was completely unzipped :lol:

    Did you get the feeling that Ed was a big fan of Guided by Voices, but they weren't a big fan of PJ? They were funny, but god they were awful. So many great bands that day (and weekend) like Fishbone and Gaslight Anthem and them it was like hitting a brick wall with GBV.

    PJ said (or at least I think they said) that Voodoo is the last date of the US tour. So if X is starting in September and PJ is ending in the beginning of November, do you really think it's a two month national tour with PJ?

    I'm thinking X is going on tour with the B-52's or Black Flag or something like that.

    PJ should just go out alone at this point.

    Why would you not want an opening band? If you dont like the opening band, dont watch them.

    No opening act = An Evening with PJ concept = more PJ songs with 3+ hour sets = happier me. Many established groups do this like Bruce, Rush, etc...
