    STUPENDOUS!!!! My body is killing me pain wise today,
    But I still pushed through a five hour hike!!!
    Very proud of myself for it too!! It was so gorgeous!!
    I took so many pics!! My pain is at a ten... But my
    Spirit is on cloud nine!! Great day all in all!!

    Thanks. Hopefully it will work itself out, b/c I always try to avoid going to the doctor.....sometimes to my on detriment.

    Frustrated and disappointed in myself. These are the days that I'm so thankful that I gave up drinking long ago bc I'd be drowning by now.
