    Got there around 845, no beer. Did grocery shopping for about an hour, still no beer. Distributor will be there around noon now. :evil: Now I have to drive back across town with my kid and hope he gets there at noon. This beer better bet worth it. They are only getting 24 bottles.

    That sucks! Especially if you have your child on a strict schedule with lunch and naps. Good luck to you! I have to go to Woodman's for grocercies later. I always forget their ginormous beer selection. I'll have to look for this one.

    Yeah, luckily he takes late naps, around 2. Should be ok, just a pain. What city are you in?

    Southside of Kenosha. 5 minutes from Illinois, 5 minutes from Lake Michigan.

    Cheesehead through and through! Family helped establish this city, am probably related to half of everyone that lives here :lol:

    Got my 4 pack of KBS!! I am pumped to try it tonight. Going to age the other 4 probably have one every three months. Guy at the store said they got 2 cases. He took 4 and another guy working there took 4 right off the truck. One customer before me and then my four took care of the first case. Another guy came in while I was there. They will probably be gone by the end of the day. He said they are even more limited than last year.

    Also picked up a six pack of Lilas Sasquatch Stout from Pangaea beerf Co in Wisconsin Rapids and an assorted 6 pack of others.

    No KBS at my Woodmans :cry: manager said it came in yesterday and left in 2 hours. He also said they had the largest shipment around but i didn't ask how much he actually got. I picked up Bells Oberon, Ale Asylum Madtown Nut Brown (suggested by the distributor that was stocking shelves), Leffe Blonde and Leffe Brune (my favorite memory from Belgium), red wine, port, and 3 handles of spiced rum.

    Bummer, sorry to hear that. The guy I talked to said there are people that follow the delivery truck from place to place. Thats commitment. I do have to say though, if you don't like whiskey or bourbon, KBS is not for you. I know seems obvious considering the name. My wife does not like whiskey and did not like the KBS. :D I have to say I was glad she didn't.

    Let us know how the others are. Don't like Belgians at all but curious about the others.

    Oberon is a summer staple for us. Seasonal beer from Michigan, it was released end on March. Wheat beer with citrus fruit taste to it.

    Drinking the Sasquatch Stout now. Very smokey, petey kind of taste. Similar to Guinness but as little more bold. I like it.

    one of the mix and match I got was an Ale Asylum beers. Almost got the Ambergeddon but I got the Contorter Porter instead. Ill let you know how it is.

    I feel your pain...

    None of it is coming to Texas...

    And it sounds like it's something I would very much enjoy as a single malt scotch drinker, and a recently converted bourbon whiskey aficionado...

    I'd love to trade someone for a bottle or two.... but don't see it happening... have both PJ things and lots of great beers from Texas (though I'm not parting with my only other bottle of BBA Hellfighter). 8-)
    Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.
