Meh :) It's Winter.....storms are normal for this time of year :)

The weather's been great here.. Sunny days and about 20 degrees. They're predicting a storm on Sunday though ... around about the same time as the huge Mass the Pope is holding at Randwick Race Course. ;)

So this morning jay cooked me pancakes, and riley lounged about in his pj’s eating them ;)

And up came dad and said, well I spose we’d better give you your present – brings in this frame, not wrapped, just kind of backwards so I couldn’t see. The kids went over and turned it around, and – holy fuck!!! I just sat there and thought wtf!!! – and I asked how did you get that – he said your not the only one who has a computer ... again I think wtf – so I ask how did you know then, and he says well its on your computer (desktop pica) and I apparently mentioned to him when I ordered the clinch one how the Kenyon hall was probably the print to have, but id have no hope and only one of us here had managed to get on in the fanclub sale.

So turns out he got someone he knew to scour ebay and grab one (he wouldn’t even know how to turn a pc on) and when it arrived he got a frame and had his neighbour put it in. I don’t know how much he paid (wouldn’t say) and the frame insert is a tiny bit small (cuts off the half the klausen marks and is almost right on the edge of the venue / dates) – but he says its just sitting on top of the print, and the print isn’t ‘mounted?’ so the neighbour man says it’ll be fine to take out in years to come or whatever – anyway, I wasn’t going to complain about that, thats just me picking things to pieces

So it was a pressie from the boys, and him – and I’d better think damned hard about dumping them with him next time I decide to follow this scruffy looking fellow all over the country – and what sort of an example was that anyway ... standing there with a smoke hanging out of his mouth!!!!

I still kind of wonder if im dreaming ...

Now – anyone who makes a crack about the pink dressing gown and pj’s and bed hair will get a kick up the arse!!

dont laugh, he would - he'd sign for the anti pearl jam tour movement - he calls them a bunch of long haired hippies :D and they should all learn how to shave, and doesnt understand what i see in them.

mind you - my dad likes slim dusty - there, things become clear (and amazing that he got me that print!)
