I'm not a friend of any of these guys, just so you know.
And I'm definitely NOT attacking anyone.
I know for sure all three of them have different checkout systems.
I also know that a lot of checkout systems have a limit to their stock.
If I remember right, the last time Max had an oversell, he said it was because he didn't have a limit
on how many could be sold. He said he watches the stock and tries to cut off the sales manually right when the item has been depleted.
I'm pretty sure he does it this way so people can't hold/hoard items in their carts without paying for them. Not saying it's the right way to go about things (since other artists don't seem to have this problem), but I really don't think any of them are intentionally driving up the secondary market price. I mean as the artists, they can set the initial price point at whatever they like.
I hate the flippers/Ebayers as much as anybody, and if you got a chance to hear Munk and Chuck Sperry a couple weeks ago on PJ Radio, I think they feel the same way about them. Just my 2 cents.
Sorry to everybody that missed out or got refunded. I know it sucks.

Yup...it happens a lot with prints that drop. When there is unusually high demand there tends to always be oversells. It sucks when it happens to you but I've learned to deal with it after many many frustrating Refund Emails.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4

strong and intelligent message. i'm with you 100%. i don't get it. i try hard for me, not to flip. flip is the only thing most buyers are doing now? assholes. billboard ain't worth $600 and its way more wicked than this seattle collab whatever... i like the print, and i tried to get it, but i sure as hell ain't paying $300 for it the day after. cool print, nice design, killer that its signed by all 3... but really??First: ATL2 04/03/1994

I would much rather frame the Will Ferrell portrait of himself in Old School at the wedding.
Now THAT is something I'd pay flipper money for! ha'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4
