Could be wrong but I thought the 1st press was limited to 1000.

I just checked the PJ collectors site an it does say 1000. I think its more than that, but what do I know

From the people I see on here that say they own a copy seems more than 1000.

The first press is impossible to find. Chances of scoring a Benny are better.
Thankfully they re issued it, and it's a really great record.

I own one of the many reissues, and that was hard to get.

Buy it if you can, it's a great album! Don't let it pass you by.

As my gatefold was damaged like many others (1st press), I managed to get a spare one! A bit of a bonus

I remember there was a lot of talk at the time about the numbers pressed....

I actually have one of the first ones pressed. Was able to score it the day it went onsale thru a record store in Cali. It is still sealed, so I don't know what # it is..Just wanted a back up I could play that has been opened. Plus I wanted to know the value of it. Struggling college student here might need tuition $.

The 1st press with the bonus 7" still sealed I would say up around $200.

At least I think... Maybe someone else could confirm.

No, they were also made available to certain record stores.

10c had an 'exclusive' presale, though one could pre-order online from Aural Exploits more or less at the same time as the presale.

The last two sales of original pressings went for $107 and $203

The reissues are selling for 30-50

The colored bootlegs are going for 60-75 (fools :fp:)

I got the green vinyl for $40 shipped on ebay brand new. Sounds great, too.
