Seriously, congrats on your weight loss Speedster, it's not easy, probably one of the hardest things I have been working on.

wow that's stellar!!!!! I was diagnosed with Diabetes earleier this year, and this required me to change my diet..
In just the last two months..I've lost ten pounds.. of course I'm dealing with nerve damage from an old injury,
and Nueropathy due to Carpal Tunnel..so excercise is hard.. but soon I hope to be on the same track as you!!!! that is so awesome!!!!! Congraqts and keep it up- dude!! can't wait to meet ya!!0 -

It is easy to lose the weight, right?
I mean it took me 15 years to put on 80+ lbs.
Yet I have taken off half of that 80, in a little less than 4 months.
Eating healthy and cutting out junk food is actually pretty damned simple.Take me piece by piece.....
