Ain't that the truth about those female harmones, ESPECIALLY when one lives with a firey redhead. In those times I want to just runaway, runaway, runaway.

Much easier for men to lose weight as we men get older. I just don't eat as much especially since meat is not part of our diet.

Being older just keeps getting better and better for me. And yes there are more gray (grey?) hairs but L'Oreal helps with that.

Getting older means I'm not dead, so I take that as a positive.

if I live to be as old as my Mother,I've got a good thirty years left. If I live to be as old as my two sisters,I only have 4 to 5 years left. :| Scary Thought!

The other day, my wife looked at the tray of supplements we take and wanted to hide them in a cupboard. She said, "They make us look old".

I don't know what she's talking about- just a few... glucosamine sulfate/ MSN for arthritis, ginger for vertigo, milk thistle, vitamins B50 and C for immune system, vitamins D3 for osteoporosis, papaya enzymes for digestion, uva ursi and cranberry tablets for her, magnesium glycinate and B3 for my migraines, gabapentin for tinnitus and neuritis.

    Old? Nah!

Milk Thistle is good for liver support. It said to help protect and repair liver damage from toxins and medications. One of my first jobs was working with silk screening- rather toxic. I used to use lighter fluid to clean sticker residue off of books- very toxic. Now I use Citri Solv which is fairly non-toxic. I also took anti-depressants for years which are hard on the liver. So when I read about Milk Thistle, it seemed like a good one to add to my regimen! :)

Unless the home has some kind of fire codes, then I don't see why not?
