How long does it take to ship bootlegs?

I ordered a few bootlegs from the store last Monday and they still say "warehouse". I remember a few years ago I would get bootlegs in about 3 days after I placed the order. How long does it take these days?

    I have had a lot of email dialogue with ten club in the year or so over all manor of items undelivered or slow delivery. shame really because you can't help but let it bother you when you've been on board as a fan for the last 20 years.

    kufala was a small, low volume operation. nugs.net is considerably larger, so i bet that plays a role. not excusing them, just saying we shouldn't expect 2-3 day turnaround time anymore.
