    Anyway... the season finale of DA is really hard to digest... (if you can say something like that in English... we say it in Italian...)

    Downton creator Julian Fellowes responded to outrage about the disaster by explaining that it was for the best that actor Dan Stevens — who played Matthew — had decided to leave the show, the decision which prompted the ending. He explained that "nothing is harder to dramatise than happiness. When two people are happy, that's it."

    I know, it's so sad Matthew won't be around anymore :cry:. I can't picture Mary without him.

    im starting season 3 now. Saw the first 2 seasons this weekend. As a anglophile this show is a dream. The castle and the landscape shots. Pretty cool. The story is great. Im hooked.
