What to expect tomorrow trying for Chicago tickets?

I randomly decided I'm going to try to get from NJ to Chicago to go to this concert, because I haven't seen PJ since MSG 2010, and because it will be awesome of course. I'm gonna try to get a pair of tickets in case one of my friends decides they want to come with me, if not I'll go alone on a mini vacation and sell the ticket.

What should I expect using tickets.com? I've never used this site but I just registered. Is it gonna be nearly impossible to try to get tickets for this like Ticket Master usually is? Will this concert sell out right away if I don't get on right at 11:00am eastern? And do you pick the exact seats you want?

    I would recommend being on at 11 am est.

    You can pick your seats but you will be fighting for every single seat there. Hope you score a set but not before me of course ;)

    I'll be on there on time. Can you just select 2 tickets and not the exact seats? I'd rather just know I can get any two seats than worry about fighting for seats someone else is trying to get as well. I don't care where the seats are I just want to go.

    Yup I agree with mvw just pick best available and snag what you can get. I know everyone wants to be close but being there will be awesome.

    I would expect heartbreak.

    That way, if it goes well for you, the experience will exceed your expecations.

    And if it doesn't, well, you were prepared.

    Yup tickets.com is saying any order over two tickets will be automatically canceled so if you need three or four I would suggest you call the others in your party and tell them to fight it out with the rest of us.
