Looking for answers from 10c/PJ management

In all sincerity and with due respect: Could someone from 10c/PJ management please reach out and explain things?
I've heard from too many longtime fans who were shut out today for a show at a baseball stadium in July. I haven't heard from anyone who's happy about the state of the lottery or the overall state of PJ's "new and improved" ticketing system. Even those who got tix mostly agree the lottery has major issues. And this will likely only get worse when PJ plays the Northeast.
Communication comes and goes from 10c and is very hard to predict. We accept that and long ago grew used to it. But the Wrigley show is special to many and many have been left in the dark; this feels like PJ 20, but worse. Any communication would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

What would you like them to explain to you?
The club got X amount of tickets thru Wrigley that they were able to sell thru the lottery. Some got them, others like yourself got shut out.And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true

ya ... i'm not sure what really needs explaining!? ... as someone who didn't get tickets - I understand that demand exceeds supply ... shouldn't be too hard to figure out ... at least people weren't refreshing for 9 hours only to find out they didn't have tickets or had tickets in their carts and lost them ... it's a lottery - if everyone won - it wouldn't be called one ...

Well said Doc.

Transparency is only good to write songs about and preach about on stage in concert, but its not something 10c likes to follow. Good luck hearing anything back from these people.0

Well, it would still be nice to get some sort of feedbacks For sure they are bombarded right now with negative feedbacks about this new lottery. Honestly, why be a member if you don't even get a good chance at seeing the shows near you? I understand that we all get an even chance but I did not become a member 13 years ago to play lottery. Either 10C can purchase more tickets if the memberships have increased that much or at least give priority to members that live in that city or near by....0

How many threads do you need to start about this ??

Does it really matter how many years you have been a member? You paid your 10C fee like everbody else THIS year to be able to get access to fanclub ticket for shows THIS year...
People is actually thinking tickets should be made available based on senority? Goddam...Give a monkey a brain and he'll swear he's the center of the Universe...0 -
Well how about a special item to those of us club members who didn't win the lottery? A live bootleg of an old show? I agree this lotto system is flawed. Go back to 1st come 1st serve....0

How about we play smaller venues where the fan club will buy all of the tickets? There's a notion but nah screw all the longtime fans
The more i think about it the more this whole thing seems ridiculous to me. I've loved this band since day one but any more they have me thinking WTF???? Makes much more sense.................

And thousands of other people who don't post here, demand was much higher than supply. I didn't win either.

Hang on, you did not read the rest of my post. I understand coming all the way from Sweden might not have been possible but this is the only show in Canada and it is 8 hours away from me. I won't be able to make to most places in the USA so this was my chance for this year. I do think priority to people in the area would have been a good compromise. Tak!0 -
Ten clubs main goal I believe is to have a ticket sale and the site not crash. Although there's a lot of pissed off people. The site is up and running. A win for tenclub, still a lot of bugs to work out to accommodate everybody.Paul D.0

Judging by the look of the forum today, I'm gonna have some badass seats at the next show I go to (if I get tix)"Well, I think this band is incapable of sucking."

Haha, tack själv!
You're right, these shows are not for me. Hoping for NYC area shows later this year.
for which I would like to have the same chance of winning as 10C member #1 and the next door neighbor to MSG...

I hate to break bad news, but if you would of asked for upper level you would of got tickets. the rules clearly state that all 1st choice enteries will be drawn until no tickets left, if any left then they go to 2nd, 3rd, 4th choice. So everyone assumed you put GA or lower bowl as 1st choice, and if didnt win then they would get 2nd or 3rd choice. Once I saw people posting they got upper with 2nd and 3rd choice I knew I had great chance of winning and I did. Sometimes is better to ask for the least popular choice if you really just want to go.
How does the show priority selection factor in to the drawing?
A: For each show we will randomly draw members who have made that show their #1 priority. If any tickets remain the system will randomly draw names of members who have chosen that show as their #2 priority, and so on until every ticket for a given show has been sold.Masonic Temple (Detroit) - 3/19/94
