I'll still put in for tickets when they tour but if I don't get TC seats there's no way I'm spending travel money for crap seats.Makes much more sense.................

If they would have dispersed tickets the old fashioned way, the same number of people would have been shut out. The only difference being you could control if you we're shut out in the past (until the F5 fiasco) by being online right when tickets went onsale. However a large number of people with jobs that don't allow them to go online right at a certain time to purchase tickets finally have a chance at tickets with an entire week to enter their names.
You still have the opportunity to purchase tickets through the public sale. Don't get me wrong, not having your name drawn when in the past you have been able to get tickets, however, I imagine there is also a large number of people who are happy today by getting tickets when in the past they would not have been available at 10am to buy tickets.Toronto Sept 96. If you look at tours past the whole 2nd choice may come into play but as far as getting TC tickets to more that 1 or 2 shows those days are long gone with this system.Makes much more sense.................

Ultimately the playing field is fair and balanced now.
Some hate it because maybe they had an advantage in the past.
It seems PJ has basically said "fuck it" a fan is a fan. No matter with our club tickets.
You can like it or not, but EV has very specifically called out a certain long standing fan base for being pretty lame at shows.
I saw this in Vancouver last year and his questions to the audience were specifically asked about this specific fan area.
Would you (as a member of PJ) have a larger chance of rabid European fan slamming their head into a brain seizure for 2 hours standing 30 deep or a hardened 22 year fan who is now using a cane?
Don't be offended, I'm fucked up and old too. :-)"Honesty will always be construed as negative to a dumbass"

What I fear. Those of us with the means to go to a lot of shows look like the public sale and StubHub may be in are future.Kevin Wilson wrote:If you look at tours past the whole 2nd choice may come into play but as far as getting TC tickets to more that 1 or 2 shows those days are long gone with this system.0 -

If you look at the seating chart from other shows, there is a space right in front of the stage that is GA and the rest of the outfield are seats. I would estimate 500 people got GA.92 - Orlando
