you doubt that a lot of people who have weapons for the specific reason of defending themselves would do so? Care to share why?
or do you doubt that a well organized militia/resistance is capable of causing immense headaches for a powerful military nation so most wouldn't bother (the former Soviet Empire might have a bone to pick with that assumption, and the US as well)?that’s right! Yeah for sure. Battle hardend vets that have been trained to fight and or have been in combat zones freeze up at times. I'm not saying all of them (gun owners for protection i mean) but a lot of people would not
stand up and fight. My belief anyway.
I think a lot of gun owners are talk. again, not all. i just see "bad asses" back down from a fist fight because they are scared shitless. I'm not convinced it would be any different in a militia type deal.Peace, Love.

I don't get all this talk of fighting for your freedom, who's trying to take it away? All anyone is talking about is regulation, no one is debating whether or not your precious second amendment should be rubbed out.
All the regulation that I've heard and read from the Obama camp seems very reasonable. I really can't see what anyone, outside of arms manufacturers and preppers, have to be concerned about.
Some spout out how the majority are responsible gun owners, so...... what's the big deal then?0 -

I'm old fashioned. I believe intelligent discussion should be carried out with an attempt to communicate well, whether it be in writing or speaking unless, of course, the person has a disability."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -
