Damn, I just tossed an empty bottle about a week ago that I've had for over a year.

Aging? That shit's already over a year old. Just how long to you plan on keeping it?

Just a bit of advice, I would conduct this through PM's as the thread will be closed. Kat & Sea have already said numerous times that for legal reasons they cannot host threads trading in alcohol.

Don't blame them. Blame the man.

I'm an avid home-brewer and have a pretty decent knowledge of beer, and I'm fairly certain the Faithful Ale is not a good candidate for aging. The alcohol % is now high enough to aid in preservation as well as the IBU's or hop content, hops contain chemicals that aid in preserving the beer. Think of a low alcohol/hop beer as a liquid bread, bread is best fresh, and will go stale. So maybe it's time to throw a Faithful Ale tasting party!

I would say drink it in the next 6 months...I have one bottle left and I am waiting to drink it before the first PJ show I go to in 2013 :)

It wasn't great to begin with so if it doesn't age as well as my Mad Elves or 120 Minute what the hell
