Just watched a movie called the Ghost Maker. Good premise, an ok story. Smaller budget limits it but worth a look. And so you see, I have come to doubt

The only horror movie ive watch numerous times is Night of The Living Dead. I really like horror literature but when it comes to movies it seems so disposable to me. Watch it once and there is few reasons to watch it again, must of them work the first time on some level of shock, once thats gone there isnt much underneath. There are quite a few good ones, just i wouldnt call them favorites cause i will probably never watch them again.0

Just watched Silent Night. A sort of remake of Silent Night Deadly Night.
Pretty good slasher flick for the X-Mas holidays. And so you see, I have come to doubt

In no particular order, sorry can't limit to 3!
IT
The Ring (original)
The Grudge (original)
Amityville Horror
Woman in Black
Pet Cemetary
Bram Stokers Dracula
Dead Birds
Tales From the Darkside (I loved this when I was little, probably pretty corny now though)
Carrie
The Omen
I prefer eerie or ghosty scary over gruesome.“ "Thank you Palestrina. It’s a wonderful evening, it’s great to be here and I wanna dedicate you a super sexy song." " (last words of Mark Sandman of Morphine)

anyone see "Mama" yet? I'm tempted to go and see it but the horror films in the past ten years or so have kinda sucked. Hearing decent reviews on this though.8/28/98- Camden, NJ

Tonight they played Candyman in 35mm print  Pretty decent. Couple "jumping" scenes. Actually the one girl behind me jumped like 10 timesThe urban legend was kinda cool, and his gimmick was ok.

I really like the found footage genre. None of them scare me, but they keep my interest and can get suspenseful.
My top 5 found footage horror movies are:
1. Grave Encounters
2. Quarantine
3. Paranormal Entity
4. Paranormal Activity
5. The Devil Inside~Carter~
You can spend your time alone, redigesting past regrets, oh
or you can come to terms and realize
you're the only one who can't forgive yourself, oh
makes much more sense to live in the present tense - Present Tense0 -
Grave Encounters was good... the sequel, not so much. And so you see, I have come to doubt

The Sequel is out?!!! I thought they were making it still, but then again I have not been keeping track for a long time now.
I'll still watch it. Just to see how they did.~Carter~
