Hmmm? Best leave it to a solicitor or something, I s'pose. He sounds like my Oma....very smart.....don't keep all your eggs in one basket !
Wills are such bitter sweet things, though, aren't they :(
I hate it when my parents talk about them!

It's my Oma's 98th birthday next week and she had a bad fall the other day, which is a bit of a worry at her age. I can't see her really recovering from it, or being able to get out of bed again....she's so frail :( Dear old love....:)

It's all being dealt with by Pop's solicitor. All I have to do is give her my bank account details.

Sorry to hear about your Oma. Yeah bad falls aren't good news for old people, especially when you're nearly 100  I can't imagine what it'd be like to be that old. I guess I never will either

I'll tell you a true spooky story

About a couple that were best friends of ours.....Robyn and Aly.
Robyn (guy) was killed in a motor bike accident. About 18months after, Aly went to see a clairevoyant. She was this little old lady in her 80's and she would only see one person a day, when her hubby was having his afternoon nap. She'd only do it then cuz he was dead against her doing it. She never charged any money, but people that went to see her would always take her a cake or something.
Anyway....she didn't know Aly from a bar of soap....Aly just phoned her and made the appointment and went a few days later.
When she started she started saying she was in a lot of pain in one of her thighs - When Robyn had his accident, one of the handle bars on his motor bike went right through one of his thighs

And then she went on to say that there was a young man standing next to Aly and that he was laying a single pink carnation across her lap - Robyn used to buy a single pink carnation every week, on payday, on his way home from work, for Aly

She went on to say other stuff too.....about messages for Aly and Robyns sons etc.

Everything she said was very accurate and all stuff that not many people, if any, would know.

Ohhhh....that's a nice story! Freaky though. I want to visit someone good like that!!!

Probably the second house I lived in after I left home was haunted.

It was one of those 1950 style, wooden shacks that was surrounded by huge trees and was really cold inside...it even had an outside toilet

Me and my boyfriend at the time were living there and I remember one time I was laying in the bath and I felt this god-awful feeling that someone was watching me. I know it sounds terribly cliche, but it was a really disconcerting feeling, and I felt really uncomfortable...I was alone at the time.

Another time I was cleaning the benches and using Spray and Wipe...I was in the middle of doing it, and all of a sudden I couldnt find the bottle of cleaning stuff...I was really confused and looked all around for it, eventually I looked up and there it was, perched high on a ledge about ten feet up near the ceiling....I couldnt reach it without getting a chair, so there was no way I couldve just put it there.

Another time, me and my then boyfriend were in bed and I thought I could feel my cat clawing up the bed, you know when you can feel the doonah gently being pulled near your feet...so I was talking to her and calling her over to me, but then she came walking in from the lounge room, and thats when I realised it wasnt her pulling the blanket off.

Last but not least, and this is probably the most scariest, me and my then boyfriend split up and whilst he was in the middle of finding another place to stay, he was in the spare room...one night I hear footsteps walking along the hallway, creaking slowly but deliberately past my door...I called out, and by then I was really scared cause I thought he was asleep, "Matt, is that you?"
And then I hear him reply, from his bedroom "No, I thought it was you"...there was absolutely no way it was him..

Needless to say, im shit scared of the dark and I got outta that place pretty fucken quick
Edit*** When I rang up to cancel the lease, I was telling the landlord about the possibility it could be haunted, and she told me how it was strange that thats what the previous tenant said

Has anyone watched that Australian psychic show? Trying to find Australia's best psychic? I love shows like that.

Has anyone had any good experiences with a clairvoyant?

I watch John Edward and Lisa Williams on Foxtel sometimes. Lisa is good. She visits haunted houses sometimes and her website she has an area called Messages from Beyond where dead people send her messages to pass on. There are hundreds of them, so I am sure she's not making them all up.

When I was 15 my best friend at the time was killed in a horrific car accident..
After about a year I went to a clairvoyant and they said that I had a friend who was always sitting behind me in the car telling me to drive carefully...I thought that was a bit eerie...

In my opinion, people that go to these phsycics and clairvoyants are looking for something/searching for something more and no matter what the phsycic says they will probably get SOMETHING out of it, or make something from what theyve been told...

A friend of mine has been going to one and shes been told her marriage will dissolve in less than two years...which I think is stupid to say, I mean, this lady sits out the back and smokes and swears while shes "reading" my friend...
    I couldnt take her seriously

Thats probably the worst haunting story I have...it was an awful house and it was sooooo cold!!!

Me, my boyfriend and another guy were doing a Seonce (sp?) one night and that was pretty stupid, cause ive heard if you dont know what youre doing then you can invite all sorts of bad spirits into your life, and we certainly didnt know what we were doing!!!
So, possibly thats where we went wrong? :D

Was the house cold all year around? Did it have certain rooms which were colder than others?

well, I wasnt there for a whole year!!! Maybe only about 4 months?

We had a fire lit most of the time, but it was just one of those old draughty houses with no insulation

Plus, it was in constant shade from all the big established trees...

I dont know? I tried to excuse it and come up with explanations for it all, but nothing really fit...

Maybe you should've done some research to find out whether anyone had ever died in the house. Would be kind of interesting.

Trained with one of the new female trainers at gym this morning. Shes 21 and about 4"10'. When she does boxing with a client she has to stand on about 2 foot of boxes otherwise they'd just airswing over her head.

Just got text message (musta got number off another trainer). "Great session thks blah blah...maybe one day we should train outdoor then wash it down with a few drinks afterwards"
