Poor B :) I used to do the same with my ex. She'd go to bed at 11 and want me to come with her. I'd stay up and watch the soccer and sneak into bed at 3am :D Soccer always comes first in my life. She never understood :D

My mum used to only make us pikelets and never pancakes. Actually, I don't think I've ever had real pancakes before -- I've only tried those McDonalds hotcakes -- are they pancakes?

Pancakes are flatter and larger. You can roll them up. I suppose they're quite similar to crepes.....but sweet. I like mine with sultanas in them and some lemon juice on them :)

Pancakes with lemon juice and suger...mmmmm mmmmm!!! :D

Difference between pancakes and pikelets.....pikelet mix is basically pancake mix with a heap of sugar added. Pikelets are usually smaller and puffier.
