Me too. Want to have a vinyl collection without paying an arm and a leg to get some classic 1st issues. If anyone is going that could hook me up with any and all vinyls for sale at the convention (especially the Benny), that would be awesome. Would never, ever flip them. Based on what I have read, the rare stuff is not going to be cheap. A quote from Tim said that the prices wlll be high enough to prevent flipping or re-selling on ebay (I am paraphrasing here).

Hopefully all the cool rare stuff gets into the hands of proper fans and STAYS there unless there are genuine reasons for a sale or trade in the future. I'd be super pissed if I saw stuff going straight onto eBay. Yes the Benny's will be priced high but you could easily make a profit online if you wanted to flip it. I just hope it all finds good homes.
