I bought 4 items in the after Black Friday sale that totaled $40. The shipping was $26. What a rip. Can't they send them all in one box?107 total First-Summerfest, Milwaukee '95

That's brilliant. To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

They should just have shipping options like other sites do.
If you want tracking you pay extra, if not you pay normal. 1 day shipping, 1 week shipping (1 year shipping for the fan club single LOL)
If you buy a vinyl box set then it's worth it paying for tracking, but for a patch - no.
It may be a hassle for 10C to organize something like that but it would be to their advantage in the long run.0 -
yep..they should do that..eyejacker wrote:They should just have shipping options like other sites do.

Thank you 10club!
To the OP : it's simple really, if you don't want to pay the shipping rate than don't buy the item.
It's a decision many of us international fans have struggled with for a long time.
:corn:
well when i join the tragically hip fan club they can gouge me on shipping. PJ is a US band, shipping should be lowest here. it's not an issue american fans should have to "struggle with"0 -
hi,
We have been working on a shipping solution. There is no "plug and play" that will instantly work and make everyone happy. Again, we are aware of the US shipping charge complaints and will have something in place shortly. For the 70 or so people who ordered patches yesterday, it's 8am on the west coast and I just woke up after ending the RNDM tour tuesday night. As soon as I get to the 1000+ emails that have piled up over the 24hrs that I've been trying to have down time, I will start the refund process.

It was a free show to make up for one of the many ticket debacles - I think maybe the 2005 Philly show. But it never came to be for one reason or another and then became verboten to speak of by 10C. When the question was asked Santos even had to ask Tim "Can we talk about that?" I kid you not.
