    What's your favorite place to see them in Jax?
    I don't love Freebird (asshole security & TERRIBLE bar service), but that's where I've seen them the most often, and their shows are always fun there. Maverick's, theoretically seems like it would have a nice layout for shows, but there's something about it I just hate. I think they sell more tickets than the fire code would allow and it gets packed. And the sound sucked for Mofro last year. Oh well.

    I was just looking at tickets for this show. What's the deal? 18+ is downstairs for $25 and upstairs is 21+ and is $35? So you can't drink downstairs?

    hmmm, that's strange. I know you can drink downstairs, but perhaps you HAVE to be 21+ to go upstairs? I know that upstairs is more "VIP" as it doesnt get nearly as crowded.

    There are like high-top tables and couches and stuff upstairs. For a show, people usually stand along the railing that overlooks downstairs. Havent decided yet if I'm going to be able to make it or not to this one.
