Hey we see many cartoons they are great trolling tools,
often just appear with little said, meant to aggravate and insult another group of people,

Exactly! I haven't been around as long as some of you but I have already figured out the trolls even though they are usually the ones denying it over and over again. Since we all seem to recognize, and agree in many instances, then we should take their power away and stop responding, AT ALL, to any thread they start or participate in. Then maybe they would go troll elsewhere and we could engage in a real debate and discussion rather than continuing to respond and report each other for offensive nonsense.

there are many people on here I disagree with constantly. they are not trolls. they have differing opinions, engage respectfully, research the issues they are speaking about, and don't bait others.

actually, worse than a troll. you are the thread killer. every time you show up to a thread it devolves into arguing and calling each other names. you stir the pot.

I must add to this definition.. it also defines someone who reads other peoples' posts, etc., and doesn't respond to said posts, but then, him/herself, posts something almost identical in another, (usually)unrelated thread, thinking noone notices. Trickery I tell you.
..and it has nothing to do with differing political opinions...it's fake, insecure, high-schoolish, imaginary one-upmanship... happens on facebook relatively frequently also.
