I used my free bootleg coupon for Amsterdam II, and it won't download. it just times out and gives me an error. TenC told me that using Internet Explorer can give issues. How do I change browsers on a pc?

    Download FireFox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/ + Adblock Plus https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... src=search . That's all you need. :)

IE blow's. Their XP support sucks for their Web Browser.

This. Chrome is the best browser I have used. I was just reading yesterday about all the flaws in IE... rediculous..

I personally prefer Firefox, but Chrome is very good too. IE is garbage - I'm surprised it still exists.

I have Chrome & loved it until all of a sudden strange things started happening. E-mail was freezing, videos remained black screen etc. Now I have to open a new tab & click on it & go back to what I was doing. Each time I open a new page I have to click on the new tab & return. VERY annoying.
I think I'll just remove it & go with demetrios' links above.

After downloading Firefox, is it ok to delete Internet Explorer competely?

I went to delete IE and I was prompted with: ' are you sure you want to delete IE because some items may not function properly if you do?'

Any constructive advice would be appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.

No need to delete it, just in case you come upon some software that functions best on IE for some reason. Just don't use it unless prompted.

I wouldn't delete it. If you're using a PC run by Windows, it's pretty much part of it's operating system. Just don't use IE. Once you go FireFox, you're never go back to IE.
