    Hey have you guys heard anything about this cover band "Australian Pearl Jam" playing on August 19 in Galway and August 26 in Carlow. I looked them up on an Ireland map and they look a long ways away from Dublin. Was wondering if anyone was going and if anyone has heard if they are any good.

    saw them in limerick about a year ago.

    setlist was roughly below and i have to say they were excellent.
    musically spot on and if you can get past the fact that eddie is not singing.
    I would check them out...well worth it

    So so. Started to celebrate my birthday (chinese) but very quickly realised my tum wasn't quite up to scratch so only ate a bit an drank a couple of glasses of wine. Went to bed 10ish with a headache then proceeded to puke my guts up during the night. Was in bed most of saturday and resurfaced on Sunday! So all in all, not great :( But... feeling fine today. Have loads and loads to do in these coming days - don't know how I get myself into all of these 'can you help out' things!!! :D You seemed to have had a good one without puking!! :D

    awww... i'm sorry about that :( but get all this over with and then drink some more.

    Yeh, I'd a good one - by the time I got home I was fine, lol, slept on the bus which helped. Then had a shower and something to eat and into town. My friend had tickets for this comedy thing but we decided to just go to the pub instead and it was one of these nights where we just met loadsa really nice people.

    Saturday though, I went out for a friends sisters birthday and ended up in a CLUB :eek: I hate those places, lol.

    Yep yuk yuk yuk... I didn't realise people still wear those teeny little hotpants :eek: but apparently they ALL do :D

    I wouldn't even TALK to any of the 'men' there and the music :eek: the music was just pure shite. I was at the bar downing sambucas trying to at least get happy drunk but no, it wasn't working, lol.
