I'm not delusional...the Packers haven't had a running game since Grant's one good season and their defense is clearly not where it needs to be. That being said, you cannot deny that they have one hell of an offense. Finley's still dropping balls, but we've got Jennings, Nelson, Jones, and Cobb to make up for it. Rodgers had an off game yesterday, it happens to every QB. And let's not forget about Driver. They have a lot of work to do but they have the talent to make the playoffs again and even win the division again.

If you're ever in the Chicagoland area Will I invite you to come over to my house and check out my basement. You will then understand that the Packers are a way of life to me

I was thinking a trip to Chicago next summer... Not terribly difficult for me to get a plane ticket.

Depends upon what Pearl Jam, Tool, and/or APC does next summer. :D

You definitely should! The drive isn't bad either, only like 5 hours or so. And Chicago always gets great PJ sets

I get a lot of flak and most dudes don't take me seriously when I talk football. Works out great when I'm battling it out with drunk Bears fans and within 5 minutes of the convo they realize that I'm more knowledgeable than they are (not ALL Bears fans..just the ones I have the bad luck to run into). They usually come up with some great comeback such as 'fudgepackers' or 'cheesehead' and walk away, tail between legs 8-)

We did call him again yesterday during halftime, hasn't changed his number yet. Left a voicemail and berated him for throwing to Finley

No, I think it's all Bears fans. Maybe it's a Chicago thing. Bears and Cubs fans come out of the woodwork when they have a year or two where they're contending for a playoff spot.

I do actually :shh: My girlfriend's fiancee was at the Superbowl last year and he was sitting right next to Rodgers...they ended up talking and exchanging phone numbers. My girlfriend swore to him that she wouldn't give it out but in a drunken stupor she gave it to me. My plan is to call him during or after every game until he changes his number
