I think because they have your name and details they can cancel your tickets then re-issue you new ones. It just cancels out the barcode details so if someone steals or finds the ticket when they get to the gate they can't be used. And the details of your ticket are on the computer so you'll just get new tickets in the same seats. I think thats how it works anyway.

My folks have been up visiting me for the first time in years and there first holiday in decades!! :eek: So I devoted all my time to them while they were here. Popped them on a plane today....:( was abit sad...dear old dad is getting soppy on me :(
So I got the package from Rick today ....so whoever was next in line should have them early next week, unless i can get them out on Wednesday.
