    If do chicken breasts on the grill, I pound em out a bit. Was that a double entendre?
    Otherwise they cook unevenly.

    No grilling tonight, but tomorrow is swordfish day.

    Thinking about doing a rack of lamb this evening for the lady with asparagus and some type of potato.

    yeah. It's been marinating in a sesame teriyaki marinade since last night. I cook it to about medium rare in the middle, then slice it thin.

    Interesting. I may have to have my buddy cook me up some. He knows all about this stuff. Me...I cook a NY strip...put ketchup on it...and enjoy. :lol::lol:

    I dig the strip, but the flanks were 5.99 per lb at the store so I couldn't pass it up.

    we gave away our old grill when we moved from Dallas. so, i haven't grilled in about 3-4 weeks & i usually grill at least twice a week. i'm excited to get a new grill this week!! woohoo!!!!! :D
