    Oh yes, I've done the "gas pedal/brake pedal confusion" thing before. My roommate and I were pulling into a parking spot at work. As she was sipping her coffee, I thought it'd be funny to hit the brake hard, so the coffee would spill a little (I'm a prankster, what can I say). I hit the gas instead and the car lunged, coming *this close* to hitting the wall. In the end, she did end up getting coffee on herself :lol:
