Any Given Sunday or The Matrix (race and gender)
Million Dollar Baby or Blue Crush (gender and sexuality)
Fight Club (masculinity and male homosexuality)

Midterm: Remember the Titans (how disney solves race in 2 hours)

    The U (race and class)
    Fever Pitch (gender and sexuality)
Bend it Like Beckham (race and gender)

    Final:
Sugar/Speed Racer/Fast and Furious/Caddyshack/Sandlot (depends on how the class goes)

i have no attendance policy and we watch movies for more than 50 percent of the classes then we argue about them on the other days. you could do that in your sleep i think.

Yeah, there are some rough ones out there. I think I'm the only person in the world who doesn't love Bull Durham.

I Love the Jared Leto Version, didn't see the other one.

I Love the Jared Leto Version, didn't see the other one.

I know! The one with Leto is just titled Prefontaine.

I own the other one too- Without Limits. It is told from a little bit different perspective (Prefontaine was from Dellinger and his GF at the time's perspective) and the other one is from Bowerman and some old GF's point of view. I choose the version with Leto every time, plus I feel like it is a little more accurate to what was going on at the time and happening since they were with him everyday, etc..
