02. Wishlist
03. You're True
04. Goodbye
05. More Than You Know-(Rose, Eliscu, Youmans)
(Ed addresses the audience in Dutch. He switches to English and talks about how beautiful the building is as well as the people in the building. He talks about the long history of the Carré and how developers wanted to tear it down and build a hotel in the 1960's. He says developers need to develop taste. "This next song is about developers.")
06. Soon Forget
(Ed talks about how he never thought he would be able to travel and his friends in The Red Hot Chili Peppers getting tattoos in Amsterdam. Ed got his tattoo at Hanky Panky's when he and Pearl Jam first came to Holland. He then rolls up his pant leg to show the tattoo. He asks the people in the upper seats if they can see it. He then pretends to start to remove his pants to make it easier to see the tattoo.)
07. Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town
08. Driftin'
(Ed asks for the back drop to be lit so people can see the circus tent painted on it. He comments that this is the first time he has played where the tent on the back drop looks like what used to be in the original space. This is reference to the Carré Theatre's origin as a circus.)

17. Better Days
Encore Break 1
(Ed invites Mirella, a woman who started a Dutch fan club for Pearl Jam up on stage. She had broken her ankle at a Pearl Jam show earlier in the year. Ed shows her the book he bought her and thanks her for coming. He invites her to sit on stage wherever she likes while he plays a song for her)

20. Sleepless Nights-(Boudleaux Bryant, Felice Bryant) [played busker style at the front of the stage with no microphones or amplification]

He then says that a local crew member got his brother tickets to the show tonight for his birthday and that it is also the birthday of long time front of house engineer Greg "Nelly" Nelson. He says "Greg has been with us for a very long time but he is about to have a baby. I mean his wife is about to have a baby. It is nice to see that Nelly is finally doing something worth while with his life". He then invites the people having birthdays today to share in the next song)

This was a great closer for me in a tour where I met a lot of nice (new) people. I want to thank everyone. And I wish the rest of you, who is going to see Ed Vedder in the UK and Portugal a great and great time...
Hopefully Ed Vedder will come to Europa very soon again...
This is a hell of a community, a hell of a band and a hell of a singer-song-writer... You haven't lived until you see everyone in an auditorium sing and scream "Hard Sun"...
"Beating on the big people, in the big hard world..."
That! and how Ed Vedder sung his lungs out on Better Days - wow!
Well, we got half of those!
It was so different from last night that I really don't want to choose what was the best show. Oh man, Imortallity was played like he did in Verona 2006. Tears!!
Mirrela on stage, it was hartbreaking that he played Bugs for her. Mirrela with Glenn on Hard Sun was so cool. Pffff, what a night....and yesterday......I can't sleep now...I"ll take another beer!!
This show was intens and gave me goosebumps! I teally loved Glen aswell, great signer/guitarplayer... It was "ED Magic" like always....

Eddie is really putting lots of effort in his fanbase..
Got to love the man..
Very nice for Mirella.. she deserves it more then anyone i know.. (except me
Glen stopped his set earlier, because he was blown away by the crowds reaction. He couldn't play guitar anymore and did a amazing acoustic sing along about he devils town he grew up in.. Cool!
The setlist was superb, Immortality, Whislist, Eldery woman, the Into the Wild songs, Just Breathe, Unthought Known, Better days! and Rocking in a free world = great, great great
Glen told us in his set, that he needed a very ' good heart' person in his life, because he lacked a good heart in a difficult period. And when he crossed paths whit Eddie, he found the heart he was missing. And he loved to be part of this tour. Falling Slowly w/Glen Hansard was absolutely beautiful, it made me cry. So good, with Eddie giving Glen support and singing so good!
And Eddie did wear the lab coat and a white head, very funny!! Nice for Mirella, she deserved it. And it was funny and really nice, that she could play with Eddie and Glen on Rocking.. When you do good, good things can happen to you!
Very happy seeing this fantastic show with the love of my life. Eddie is the best artist in the world and a great inspiration to be good and share love with people you care about deeply. I remind myself that every day.
Amazing night! Amazing!
And I know she's reached my heart,... in thin air
Loved every minute of it!
BTW: That was not Glen's own song, it was written by Daniel Johnston - Devil Town (but brilliant every time he does it :-)
I think the bushnell show 2011 was the first time
My CD player that is...
Yheeeeeeee.
I was so glad for you Mirella although i dont know you.
What a show!
I totally agree and funny you should say that cause YOU TWO could share EURO FANS throne!
