you remind me that youtube video of berlin 2 ,during ylb,,when me and that guy wirth the red sox shirt, dance tango,,,hehehehheheheheheh

Dimi's not a bad dancer! And as aprehensive as I was regarding standing room on the floor for the Euro Tour, it was misplaced. I rocked my ass off and had an awesome time with people from around the globe, Dimi being one of them. Can't wait for the next Euro Tour so I can experience it again. Dimi, thanks for the dance!

    Peace.

PS: Going through really bad withdrawals right now.

    ok...dont know where to start....
    ill go short....

this wa the best tour i ever been

best show,by far Amsterdam 2....we are talking about the perfect show...from the lights to the sound,
from the energy of the crowd and the band, from the setlist ,even from security and how was the 10c pit...
the band played PERFECT that night...and dont forget that the setlist was from Brian..(only pearl jam does this things..)
unreal show..Mike and Eddie couldnt stand at the end..they gave all ..they couldnt even walk..
Prague will be the top if this Dam 2 wasnt out there..

best song, ofcourse was Crowd of thorns at Amsterdam 2...the moment i cried..and sing so loud...was so special for me..
and Ocean at Berlin that complete Ten finaly..
most rockin moment with a song,by far ...Brain of J at Amsterdam 1..

    funniest moments,

after eddie said at Dam 2 if we met Mike mccready last night, and i was relaying for the forum and start typing,"even flow" and then he said"this song called Nothing as it seems " and i throw my mobile..

the tango with Halifax2TheMax at ylb at Berlin.. :fp:

the meeting with Cheryl and Robert at the Prague metro i think, that i thought he is Mike McCready..(he looks so much like him and he is from Seattle.. :fp:

the guy that called Black Mafia at Amsterdam metro for bring guns for kill me.and start speaking portuguese to me.. :?

    the moto "Top shit"

    "the Asian Hooker"

the foto of Kim at the toilet at stockholm Bar..

the guy at stockholm bar that told us,finnish quick our dinner cos our table was on the dance floor and have to move it..and the whole party there..

all 8 hours at magic bus,Stockholm-Oslo

the jokes with Cristoph and Kathi at the floor before Berlin shows..

    the king of stockholm..

the its Alive with with Marta and my eyebrows at Berlin after parrty at Honolulu bar.. :fp:

    the Samanta fox scarf

the guy at copenhagen that told me she broke up with his girlfriend and i answer "nice"
and he said..."eehhhhh...not so nice"

and ofcourse the Croatian Gay boat at Berlin.. 8-)

the crazy meeting at the room door of the hotel at stockolm with a girl from norway she was wearing only her underwear ,and she open the door and i was outside of the door passing with a glass of ice cubes on my way to my room, and i was suprised seeing her like that, and i ask if she goes to the show, she said yes,and i gave her euro tour badges..:lol::lol:

    poster i dont remember much...lol

best moments with people first was the 2 walks, one with Anthonie after Amsterdam 2 at a big park..and with Ales and Julien after Prague show to go to bar blue light..

the 4 big parties at Amsterdam-Prague-Berlin-Stockholm...

every fuckin single hug and handshake i had with all the fans from all over the world..

all those beautiful happy faces of people touring for the band..all those beautiful smiles..

love the fact how the Americans fit so easily with the Europe GA shows, and rock their asses out..
and how they party till early morning with us..

the last day at Copenhagen when a group of friend, relaxed tour was over enjoy the day, with no pressure of travel,go to the venue and etc....

Mike wear and took foto with the Euro tour 2012 badge

a big thanks to Ales and Anthonie for their hospitality..

and a big thanks to all the fans-friends out there that we share, love, passion for music..
we share our moment together during this adventure touring with the best band of the world..

thank you all...made some good new friends for life at this tour.....

    the not good -unlucky moments..
    just a few..
the stupid fuckin shit situation with the numbers..
the night after the show at Copenhagen,(Rebekah and Tracy knows what im talking about)
that Dave didnt find ticket and left out of the venue at Oslo..
and Leanne hurt her hand at Stockholm and went to the hospital..

ps..the funny moments are a way more..cant think right now.. :fp:

Thak you all..seeaya at the next one..

Overall I think this tour has been amazing.

Highs: Three fantastic shows - Manchester 1&2 and then Oslo last night. All great in different ways. Release opening the tour up was incredible - bumped into both Marta and her friend down the front which was great. Met a husband and wife over from New Zealand that night as well!! On second Manchester night was due to be on my own as mate had to go back to work and to cap it all - in a lonely seat! Walked into the "meet up" pub in the afternoon and bumped into Neil (Chelsea48) who I met in Belfast in 2010, and then two great guy in Rene and James. Managed to get a standing ticket and ended up seeing one of the best PJ shows ever! The Oslo show was also great but for different reasons - the crowd wasn't the best and Ed was clearly poorly, but they pulled an amazing show out of the fire. The set list in Oslo was probably the best of the three as well.

Lows: Oslo is fecking expensive!! I probably could have almost done a trip to see the guys in The States for the two and a bit days in Norway. The crowd were also fairly subdued, but I think that's just the Scandinavian way. I got told to stop jumping up and down and singing so much by a guy 4 rows from the front after song three songs which put a dampener on things for little while. But to balance that out in the Fiasco bar over the road from the Spektrum both the night before and on the day of the show, met loads of brilliant people including some very cool locals.

All in all - brilliant. Can't wait for the next one!!!
Nigeeeeellllll!!!! *waves histerically* Hiiiiiii!!!    How are you??? I sent you photos on twitter but I don't think you've seen them? Ohhhhh, so cool i read that thread and found your post!!! I'll tell Ewa! :D Yay! :D

Going to see EV solo somewhere?

I got the photos thanks :) Manchester was such a great time especially night 2! And no I am on holiday in France when EV is in the UK :( I can't believe Eddie didn't plan his UK tour around my summer holiday times! :)

Highs - being back in the bosom of the PJ family, I love it, I miss it and I can't wait to do it again. I did 5 shows, I wish I had done more. Manchester, night 2 as the video demonstrated was awesome, but then do you ever have a bad PJ show? I love my friends old and new, the atmosphere on the floor, the smiling, the hugs, the laughter and of course the music.
I got Oceans and I Am Mine - major wibbles!

Lows - well ok, yeah dislocating my elbow in Stockholm wasn't in the plan, and I can't thank everyone enough for their support, care and concern. It's going to take a while to heal but I still did the show in GA (much to all medical people's dismay!)
    2009 - Manchester. 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London, Berlin, Arras, Werchter. 2011 - PJ20 i & ii, Montreal, Toronto i & ii, Ottawa, Hamilton.
    2012 - Manchester i & ii, Berlin i & ii, Stockholm. 2014 - Amsterdam i & ii, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin, Leeds, Milton Keynes.
    2016 - Boston Fenway i & ii, 2018 - Amsterdam i & ii, Pinkpop, London i & ii, Padova, Krakow, Barcelona, Seattle i & ii.
  • after reading about berlin and the other shows, looking at the pics of the floor, i can say that i'm very happy north american shows are mostly not ga

    ga sucks IMNSHO
just ask Americans they did the euro tour to answer u to that..reading ,heard,think,..iks different to be in the venue..

Speaking as an American in the pit of Berlin: YES it was pretty rough. But NO I would not change a thing! The following night we chose not to be front and center because the fist night in Berlin my friend passed out and had to be carried out over the railing as she was severely dehydrated and had the wind knocked out of her by the jerk in front of her.

But aside from a few rough guys that showed no mercy on us girls, the rest of the crowd was great. It was just a rough pit. But it was still an amazing show in my opinion, and now I can say "I SURVIVED THE PIT IN BERLIN!' Berlin 1 was also a dream set-list for me, and the following night being far left on the rail was a lot of fun, but I felt that the energy and the music pumping through my body was not the same as when we were in the thick of it.

The best show for me was Prague because of the energy and the crowd. I wish they always did a separate 10c area in GA, what a brilliant idea this was for Prague! The best set list for me was Berlin 1.

The PEOPLE made this tour amazing, IMO. I can go anywhere to see Pearl Jam and I will be surrounded by friends, like-minded people, FAMILY, all sharing love and appreciation for the GREATEST BAND IN THE WORLD!!!

Thank you to all I met along the way. And thank you to those I did not have the chance to meet. I did not get a chance encounter with any of the band members, as so many lucky ones did, although I had reoccurring dreams about it for months before. But it was very surreal to me to meet individual that I have been chatting with on these boards in person, FINALLY! Above and beyond the amazing music and power that is Pearl Jam, are the incredible FANS. Sharing LOVE for this band~~ it doesn't get any better than that!

It's difficult to have an accurate verdict on the whole tour after only doing two shows but to me it looked on paper certainly the best small PJ tour yet. Amazing setlists, great atmosphere and energy from band and fans and every show with great stories. Scandinavia looked like a great return and the Berlin, Amsterdam and Prague shows all seemed to be at an amazing level both with atmosphere and very inventive setlist choices. The festivals even looked like really fun shows, not untypical setlists for festivals but all with the odd surprise for the diehards. Yellow Ledbetter at IOW was really nice with the Little Wing tag, a nice nod to Jimi on one of his old haunts. It was almost like they knew Arras 2010 had taken some criticism and raised the bar immediately with Release followed by a lovely set. As for Manchester they were great shows in their own right. Any two night stands are definately really worth doing and they were no different. Release on night 1 was one of the best I've heard in recent years and it set off a great opening for the tour. Corduroy, Pilate, Immortality, Comeback, RITFW were just a few of the highlights. Night 2 was amazing, my favourite show I've seen yet. Go, I Am Mine, Wishlist, Deep, Present Tense, Inside Job, Hitchhiker, Off He Goes, Sonic Reducer.... completely stunning from start to finish. Bring on the next tour and please come to Scotland next time!!

    BEST SHORT TOUR EVER!!!

P.S. I think this would be the perfect tour for a Touring Band sequel DVD!! 8-)
