an angel whispered
i may be done here
but i'm not finished
look, right over there

she has the strength
respect and sense
to not take for granted
this most precious gift

not letting her forget
by bringing laughter to her lips
even when her heart is crying
a reminder though she knows

that everyday on this earth
is one given of real miracles
like one of a perfect match
to be graciously appreciated

those without care or understanding
can't share in her earthly gifts
of a truly interconnected soul
one that's sure to cry or laugh
responding to an angel ~

    it was 5 years ago today i was given his gift and i am fortunate everyday since...
