    That was my first cigar. My brother have then to his groomsmen before he got married. I was seventeen and obviously didn't appreciate it as much as I would now.

    That's for certain. I may go into the store tomorrow and ask what house brand most resembles a Padron

    I would. I haven't found anything better in the $20-$30 price range.

    I've never actually had a Padron at home, the store always seems to be out of them when I visit. It tends to be my vacation cigar.

    I love them gambling. I've never had one on my porch but I'd love too. I had my H. Upmann under a big tree that grew over the river in a place I kayaked too.... It was great with a nice beer! :thumbup:

    I've got my humidor nicely stocked with CAO Maduro Gold Churchill's... Really mild and smooth. They can sometimes have a tight draw but I'm ok with that.

    I recently tried a Java by Drew Estate Maduro... was a great dessert cigar, couldn't smoke it often but it was like puffing on a brownie.

    First, I want to congratulate myself for learning how to use the search tool. I never knew there was a dropdown menu where you can search by title, and explains why I always got frustrated why when I searched a word 1,000 results popped up.

    Anyone roll your own cigars here? I just tried last night for the first time, will need to wait a while to see how they turned out. But it was fun, and a lot cheaper. So hoping they turn out pretty good.
    Looking for tips for anyone who does and what you recommend.

    Wasn't too many places I found online. I bought whole leaf tobacco from Leafonly.com  . They had a starter kit that included some tobacco, a small mold, instructions and a few other things. If they smoke well enough I'll buy more tobacco and keep doing it. 
    Really wasn't a lot online about this, but thought it would be fun to try.

    I bet if you contacted Royal Barbados they would mail you some Cuban leaf and Tobacco.

    It is considered from Barbados decent so you can purchase it legally in the US.

    It's been a while since I was there but the Cigars are called Royal Barbados.  I don't remember it being a resort but a place on the outskirts of Bridgetown in a very touristy place.

    The cigars were damn good though.

    Will be putting in my spring/summer order here in the not too distant future.

    20 or so random easy to smoke cigars. Romeo, Punch, H Upman, Macanudo, etc.

    15 Montescristo No. 2

    3 Cohiba Robustos

    Probably a few Partagas Serie E No 2

    And boom goes the dymanite.  Gonna be a good spring/summer/fall at the shore.

    How is a Partagas even remotely close to a Cohiba!?!
    Ha, they're not, but they're a cheaper and fairly solid Cuban that I'll probably end up tossing in the order for good measure.

    Cohiba's will be for special occasions. Montecristo's will be a fairly regular smoke based on getting a good number of them, but they're soooo good.
