I'm still a great lover of vinyl and thought I'd share some of my sources finding great finds.
If you're in Seattle, you know of Easy Street and Sonic Boom, but here are 9 others that focus on used vinyl only, my fav right now is Bop Street in Ballard http://blogs.seattleweekly.com/reverb/2 ... _vinyl.php
Music Stack is an amazing online resource for vinyl, it's basically a portal of used record stores around the globe that you can one stop shop at http://finylvinylrecords.musicstack.com/
this one will surprise you, Fry's Electronics (instore) they have all foo fighters and Nirvana albums on vinyl, first 3 pj albums, van halen's 1984, appetite for destruction, abby road, and tons much more. My comments are accurate for the Seattle, Portland, and San Jose stores I've visited recently. Really caught me off guard finding so many gems, though I didn't need most of them.
finally, for now, www.amazon.co.uk is another great site for Vinyl, just got SuperUnknown for $45 US brand new (reprint of course)
Listening to records is a great passion, found a perfect, and original print of Led Zeppelin II in a dollar bin at Easy Street awhile back, the cover was trash, the vinyl priceless."Music, for me, was fucking heroin." eV (nothing Ed has said is more true for me personally than this quote)
