Royals great Willie Wilson talks about meeting Eddie

Just heard an interview on Kansas City sports radio with former Royals great Willie Wilson. The interviewer asked him how he met Eddie, in light of Willie being at the 2010 Kansas City show and Eddie sporting his jersey on stage.
Willie said he got to know Eddie at an annual baseball fantasy camp that Eddie would attend. Willie then asked Eddie to wear his jersey (or, his "shirt", as he calls it) on stage in Kansas City. Willie mentioned that Eddie had to cut it off because it was so long on him. Willie said he himself was about more than soul music back in the day and would listen to Black Sabbath and Grand Funk Railroad, so Pearl Jam easily fit his musical preferences.
