cell phones are pretty portal now a days. once you get a number, you can take it just about anywhere in the us. no need for a number change.

Not going to lie- my birthday was the 25th. BMV visit = tomorrow. I've been putting my cruise on 1 mile below the speed limit so I don't attract po-po attention.

i had to take the written test when i moved out here from NY to get an illinois license. pretty goofy. the DMV in the thompson center has to be one of the most miserable places in chicago
