Federal Judge and Racist Email

This is the mentality we are dealing with included amongst them a federal judge to say the least. Absolutely disgusting. If you want to keep propagating this and the shills they keep setting out before you go ahead.

    And there's our problem in politics today... Hatred for a person or the opposite party makes people so delusional that they think repeating, saying or acting in racist/sexist/bigoted/other despicable ways is somehow ok.

    Its herd mentality. I mean do people actually get a boner when Fox News says stupid chit like a "hipHop" party at the White House for the presidents birthday and such... if that isnt latently racist IDK what is? Right perpetuating it makes it okay? I think the President has been very graceful in all this. Im not saying this as a liberal progressive but the hate spewed from the "other side" has been nothing less than frieghtening and short of a lynch mob. Honest. This just isnt a case of pull the race card for negative propaganda this is a serious and terrible problem period. I am ashamed of these people's behavior....

    it was one of those e-mails that have no truth or fact just humor(ugly or not), most all of us receive or forward them..but being in his position he should have never forwarded it but it's no reason to hang him out to dry especially if his record as a judge is clean,I think we autta move forward there are more important issues to worry about.

    People have been charged with less, believe me. Funny or not. BTW Godfather your President is "white." Whatever the fuck that means to be "white" or "black" . We made laws about this crap over 40 years ago and on top of the the civil war was over 150 years ago. Give it up "the south" will never rise again even if it ate an industrial size carton of Viagra from Sam's Club.

    But why forward them if they don't harbor some racist feelings? I just never understood the satisfaction of passing on a racist joke just for the heck of it.

    All this does is call into question the judgement of this federal judge. And he better hope he has been fair to all racial demographics...because I am POSITIVE his decisions will be poured over.

    I agree with your assessment of the judge though...it is strange that a man with his position can display such poor judgement...I am surprised it has taken until now in his career to be called into question actually...but I suppose we all make mistakes. like I said earlier, he better hope his record is clean in terms of racial bias.

    I guess there is a fine line between racial and racist humor...I hate it when racial humor is seen to be racist...what a dope this judge is...

    chris rock ? and countless other t.v radieo and movie personalitys use racism almost everyday as a tool in their work mostly as comody, but I will not argue that being a judge this was a bad move just because of his position, remember the black panthers in front of the voting polls ? it got little to no attention, the attention paid to racism is unballenced so when this happens with a white judge it's a big deal and somebody probably wants his job and head on a platter, just say'n it's not worth the attention it's getting.
    screaming racism is in it self racism most times in my opinion (did you hear what the dirty black/white SOB said ?) and thats one of the reasons in my opinion that racism will always be the dirty red headed step child knocking at our door,so if somebody uses racism for any reason why give them the attention they want ? in most cases it's used to get a reaction from somebody or some group so why give them what they want by airing it all over the radio or T.V....they've won..they got what they wanted because the more people that see and hear it the more people they have pissed off.
