I don't know what being appointed by W and confirmed by the senate has to do with a poor decision here. If there is a racial disparity in his handling of cases that is one thing, but it isn't illegal for a judge to be racist in private, or find humor in / pass along an off color joke...

His professional life is going to be miserable now you'd have to think. Every lawyer for every black defendant who was convicted in his court is going to try to challenge something about their case based on this.

lately you seem very angry at the world and everybody in it and use the PJ train forum to make sure everybody knows it and to me it's just become irratating to read you posts, chill out a little maybe a good ol southern boy is what you need to keep you company.

Maybe I find you equally as irritating and abrasive. You are just a little peeved Ive called you out. You dont like it and especially you dont like it from a woman. Admit it. Plain and simple. And the fact you say I need a southern boy to keep me "calm" likewise tells me your a not only racist but equally have no consideration for women, either.

:lol: a racist and no consideration for women ?
wrong on both counts but I do call it like I see it or in this case ..read it.

It has nothing to do with it. You can't forsee something like that. I'm just saying if you're going down the route that it was the politicians fault, you can't blame just Bush.

I believe, he truly believes he is not a racist and I have no problem with that. However, he is a
Federal Judge; he doesn’t have to like the President, it’s not his job to like him, his job is about objectivity in the law.

His actions were personal, done out of his ‘anti-Obama’ policies. This should indicate to the U.S. Attorney General that his objectivity is compromised when it comes to his decision-making process in cases presented by or against the federal government. A federal judge who oversees cases dealing with mineral rights, land rights, water rights, environmental cases, health care, not your everyday run of the mill caseload.

I’d put money on the fact that if he was removed from his bench, he’d cry racism, not even considering the fact that because of his own personal actions, people felt he was no longer capable of being objective as Federal Judge.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.
