Please advise as to the best 2 or 3 shows on the recent SA tour - I want to take advantage of the discount CD

    The SA boots were be perfect except that Mikes solos are drowned out in the mix...

    Hate to say it 10c because you had it perfect for the canadadian boots but
    PLEASE TURN UP MIKEY IN FUTURE BOOTS!

    I can't wrap my brain around how the entire 2000 and 2003 bootlegs could be flawless...
    And it's up and down with each subsequent tour..
    Wouldn't what mix worked for Canada work for south America?

    Went with the BA show. Listened to the radio broadcast and that was great to hear. The band sounds great but to me, it seems Eddie is sounding a bit weak.

    Oh yeah, the boot sounds fantastic!

    His guitar sounds fine on the Even Flow solo.

    Hartford 2010, early in the show, is where the mixer fucked up. You can barely his solos.

    I'm also going to get a SA show, and was hoping to pick up one with Of the Earth. Anyone know which is better, Rio or Mexico? And do either compare to the awesomeness of the crowds I keep hearing about at the other shows?

    You can't buy Mexico, so Rio. :)

    At this point Buenos Aires is still the best crowd on the available boots, Rio the best setlist and Curitiba the best overall - the band performed like kings and the crowd response was incredible!
    SP night 2 is also pretty good!

    Thanks for all the feedback! Dimi, I see your name a lot and respect your opinion my man, but went with the Rio show simply for "Of the Earth," and now I'll have something to jam during the next World Cup and Olympics! I'm sure I can find the Buenos Aires show somehow, someway...
