Ed talks about how you build muscles through your struggles, and it's those muscles that keep you going. I'm paraphrasing but watch for yourself, it's not too long, and it's Ed!

    He's normally much more eloquent than that, isn't he? I was surprised at how much he was struggling to find the right words :lol::lol: I would have loved to see the full interview rather than the clip. Maybe they were talking about something difficult before? Who knows.
