Don't trust that fucker and tell him to go fuck himself, keep the money, and don't care about negative feedback, you are not running a business, you need to pay tuition fees, and not only is he currently selling PJ20 vinyl, he also has sold several before, and I think that the one who said that he is scamming you by switching items is right...

Exactly! And I'd be grabbing screencaps of his current PJ20 auctions to show that he's a flipper. As for him disputing the Paypal, couldn't you just transfer the funds to your bank and close the account? Extreme, but I'd do that before I let the guy rip you off.0 -

Two people have now mentioned "buyer beware" when the OP is the SELLER who is getting screwed.
It sounds like you should fight it or you'll get a different copy back that is in lesser condition than the one you sold...even if he files a formal complaint, just stand your ground.
Was there insurance on the product? Did he have the option of getting it? Did you choose "No Returns" when posting your item? That could play a factor im guessing. No matter what it's a shitty situation and I feel for you. Im no fan of Ebay but don't give me the customer is always right bullshit. Fraud is fraud and it seems like you should be able to collect enough "evidence" to at least fend him off and hopefully not get a bad feedback rating. Can't you give him an equally bad feedback rating if he does that to you or have you already given him feedback? Good luck.0 -

While it wasn't what I was asking to begin with, I do think when it's a guy who buys and sells a lot of Pearl Jam memorabilia it is a 10c issue. People on here have already mentioned dealing with this guy. Whether he is a member or not is irrelevant. I thought this was a community where people looked out for each other? I know we all buy and sell a lot of PJ stuff, how is this not an issue, and why was it incorrect for me to ask if anyone in this community had dealt with him?0 -

Wow, look who didn't read the whole thread but is still making dickhead comments like he knows what's up. I sold the record to him a couple days ago, not knowing anything about the dude. Thread was started today after I had this experience. Come to find out, other people on here have dealt with him too. Guess this was the right place to come after all.0 -

I just scanned this very quicky, so forgive me if this has been discussed...You say he bought insurance? How does he or your for that matter know that it was not damaged in shipping? If you are certain that is was in "new" condition when you sent it, tell him that is why he purchased insurance and to file a claim with the po?
