    If Ed were to play Denver it would be the shortest I have ever traveled to see EV or PJ by a few hours

    I hope it's true. I've been trying not to get my hopes up all day since seeing that songkick link about TWO ABQ shows in April (now two just doesn't make sense to me for a city/state PJ has ignored for going on 12 years)... even if it's just one I will be so excited to finally get to catch a solo show, much less in my own town! The Kiva is an awesome venue, great sounds, great views, about 2000 seats. The thing that worries me is that REM didn't even sell out the Kiva when they played there in 2004. So hope a lot of you out of towners who always say "If PJ/EV don't tour where you live, just buy a plane ticket and GO" will do that and come to NM to pack the Kiva! :) In fact if the Phoenix and/or Denver shows would be over a weekend, I'd be very tempted to hit one of them too!

    While I would definitely take it, a theatre is a much better venue for EV than a festival

    don't get excited, this guy is full of it, no boston on his list, and songkick lists a boston show on may 8th, plus I live in Charlotte and if ed played 30 minutes from my house my head would explode, if Ed were to play NC I think he'd go with Asheville

    well I thought that songkick was a reliable site but it looks like there wont be a boston show as the symphony hall they have ed listed to play is already booked that night. I'm really hoping Ed plays Charlotte, and if he does everyone is welcome to stay at my place

    The Boston date is most likely BS. And this guy does this all the time ... it is just his wish list of tour dates ... don't take his list seriously.
