    Worried about my cat/baby who isn't eating, while on an appetite stimulant. Worried about my husband who has asthma and an upper respiratory infection. He used his inhaler 7 times! yesterday. I'm sure his breathing in the smoke from our house fire on Thursday didn't help. Oh, and I am having an IC flare-up, so my lower back and hips are killing me, with pain radiating down my legs. Other than that, I feel pretty optimistic.

    Not bad. Started yoga caouple days ago and jogging. Also really progressing with my band. It keeps on getting better and better!
