    I feel good today. :)

    I find meditation actually does work for me. I can get my mind back into a peaceful and positive canal when I take the time to do it.

    Bummin, I have been trying to lose some weight and have not lost a thing in almost a week.

    I know to stick with it, being healthy is the most important thing, blah blah blah...but still bummin.... :cry:

    Stay strong. It's not about what happens week to week it's about long term sustainable change :) You can do it!
