    My wife and I had an awesome time at Alpine. I just wish we got there a little earlier and could meet/hang out with people, like Dimi. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who hasn't met him yet.

    I won a free Yield LP from Dimi last year (maybe 2010??) so I'm not looking to win anything else, but just thank him again for his crazy giving spirit.

    Little poem/lyric i wrote many many years ago as a tribute to PJ... I borrowed a line too... :oops:
    The way i started listening to PJ was because they helped me out of a tricky situation... this is about that!


    these purple landscapes
    a calming feast for the eyes
    now that we are peaceful
    slowly the sun awakes

    and in her rise the sky she scrapes
    with light and fire she pulls red drapes
    the stars and moon they run in fear
    the violet hills soon disappear

    after 10 years of knowing each other through various pearl jam messege boards, and denying love the chance to work between a Canadian girl and a Kentucky boy, my lady and I met for the first time physically at PJ20.
    The magic and the love flowing through us as Ed sang Just Breathe was the final confirmation. At that moment, I knew that my best friend just became my future wife and nothing would ever change that. We are in the process of applying for the visa so that our dreams can come true. I fell in love at PJ20, and nothing will ever replace that moment.
