Is there a list of all the bands that have toured with PJ, and how many times/which tours, etc? I think Mudhoney has toured at least three times...

Harper has done quite a few tours over the past 15 years. He has to be in the top 2 I'd think

And is my personal favorite combo.

Although seeing Sonic Youth open on Avacado tour was pretty frickin amazing!

Sonic Youth opened for the Binaural tour. Wikipedia has entries for the tours, with Opening Acts.

It sounds like I'm not going to get any work done this afternoon,,,

That is why you cannot always trust Wiki. I was at a show for the Avacado tour (LA @ The Forum) and Sonic Youth opened. 100% certain of that. Ed came out before SY and played a sit down Walking The Cow and then Sonic Youth played. :D

  • I agree to that. I think a few of the Vote for Change? tour shows are missing...

Pearl Jam uses multiple opening bands on their tours. IE bands don't always do the whole leg. IE I got stuff seeing supergrass opened 3/4 of the last 4 shows on the 2000 tour (wellwater played one of the nights in their place). on the upside i got to see rhcp also open two of those shows.

so i'm thinking wiki isn't listing all the different bands that open on each tour?

Loved the Ben Harper/Liam Finn combo in Australia. And Mudhoney surprised me as they switched their set each night in Canada. :)

All you need is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pearl_Jam_1993_European/North_American_Tour. Just browse through the Pearl Jam tour chronology. I don't count Lollapalooza 1992 and Vote for Change 2004.

 I see... However, I have to admit that I really like their 2009 album called New Tide. It's a relatively good piece of art.
