    Don't let it frighten you sweetie,let it out,howl and cry,scream and call,lay on the floor,you won't die,believe me you won't even if you feel like you will,you won't.

    I held onto tears for months as I was so scared to start that I wouldn't stop ... but I did stop and it felt so good to release it,it allowed me to function but when I used all that energy trying not to cry I was exhausted.
