Hi everyone,

This has been a great year for PJ, and I've been moved by the generosity and kindness of many of the fans on this board, so I've decided to give something back.

I'm giving away a program from Eddie's 2011 solo tour. Shipping is on me, to anywhere in the world. Just reply to this thread with your favorite Pearl Jam related memory from 2011. I will pick a winner, completely at random, when the contest closes on Monday, Dec. 26 at 5 PM CST.

Good luck and Merry Christmas!

I treated one of my oldest and dearest friends to PJ20 @ Alpine. Her expression when we pulled into the parking lot to pick up tickets on Friday night was priceless. I could tell she felt that she was part of something very spectactular. Made my entire year.

This is such a great giveaway. Thank you for doing this.

Besides sharing the PJ experience with my buddy and his girlfriend in Hamilton.. which is number 1, a close 2nd id have to say hearing I Got Shit in Toronto N2, that setlist was amazing(Rats? Baba.. Come on). Plus Crazy Mary in Hamilton(another awesome show- Nothingman? WOWZERS!), plus the PJ20 movie... getting tickets and instant relief on that crazy Wednesday ( i thought the world was ending)... all my PJ posters hung finally(with ticket stubs)... getting my record player to finally hear all my PJ vinyl...

So many awesome times... i could go on. This year was an amazing one for me on so many levels

Favorite memory is seeing them in Toronto 9/11/11 - with my wife - which was her first PJ concert - and it made her a fan (caught her Googling EV when we got home).

    Thanks for the chance.

I would have to say that my favorite PJ moment of the year was hearing Release open the Alpine weekend. With that being my favorite song, I don't think I could have picked a better way to start the best weekend of my life!

    Thanks for the chance,
My favorite moment was being able to take my daughter to her first PJ concerts ever (actually her first rock concert as well) Both in Toronto 1&2
She is only 13 and she loves PJ, so it was very cool for me, just something we bond very well together with :D

This is really nice of you. I have one already, so I'm not entering your giveaway; however, my favorite PJ related moment this year was getting to see Eddie solo in STL with my boyfriend and his family. It actually made me feel like I was part of a family...

    Also PJ20 was amazing!

My favourite memory was the vibe at PJ20, everyone singing along to each song and getting to meet my friends from the board.

again like so many alpine valley, the music, the vibe and the fantastic people ... especially having travelled over on my own, it never felt like I had
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!
