WAKEY WAKEY , CrowdSurge,
a second evening of desperate waiting has arrived.
PLEASE GIVE US AN UPDATE!!!
PLEASE GIVE US AN APOLOGY!!
PLEASE GIVE US T I C K E T S !!!!
CrowdSurge aren't going to say anything until 10C says it first.
I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some high drama going on inside 10C HQ at this point. I can't think of any other explanation for the continuing silence.

Possible. CrowdSurge had to be somebody's idea. Maybe that somebody's head is now rolling?
Are we ever going to get an update or an apology?
This is now the third time I've driven a 90min journey to sit in a cold carpark connecting to wifi to try to find out what's going on. This is spoling my holiday - I just want to know when and how I can buy some tix!
Pleeeeeeeaaaaasssse post something about when we're going to get another presale - even if it's in a weeks time so i can stop driving from one side of the island to another
Just pondering about wether or not the 10C crew are actually reading all these discussions and questions that we fans are sharing, or more important, if any of the bandmembers are, Mike has been known to care for these kind of things I´ve heard..maybe they can´t do more, but imagine the comfort we all would feel just being noticed by the band, knowing they care and working on it with the people that are running this..

I'm sure its more than that. There are techincal issues with crowd surge. There may be legal issues I'm sure as well about sales times and such. Could be they are trying to go to another ticket seller.
...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...

I agree. I think the only thing worse than being in our situation right now would be being in theirs.

They have to realise that after 24 hours of no news, ANY information (even if it's to say there won't be a pre-sale before tomorrow) would've be better than being left hanging for yet another night.
wow...... not even a word.....but they know how to lock threads

Could be any of those things. But they could still at least let us know they're trying to work it out. There has been not a single direct word from 10C since this all started.

I don't know if there are any health and safety issues, but surely for european shows they could solve the problem overnight.
Euro shows are generally general admission.
Why not allow people to get tickets from wherever, add a free item to the store called early entry or something like that. At any point in the next few months purchase the item for shows attending, turn up to the 10club kiosk at the venue, voila early entry wristbands. Surely this would have no effect to the venue, security, band etc. as 10club ticket holders are already being let in early anyway?
wow...... not even a word.....but they know how to lock threads
 Wow, its not like Kat has any say in it what is going on with the ticket situation. Its not like its Tim or Kelly Curtis locking the threads
point being they can comment on that but not a word on this situation
And my point being I highly doubt Kat knows what is going on with the tickets either, just trying to clean up the threads. I'm sure she wished there was an answer by now as well. And like I said, it would be different if it was Tim or Kelly on here locking threads or posting and ignoring questions.

that would be highly useful... a news banner saying it will DEFINITELY NOT BE ON SALE TONIGHT.
i'm going for ticketmaster pre-sale tomorrow morning anyway.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I think you're right. The only logical thing to do is go to Ticketmaster with the remaining tickets and have a pre-pre-sale. Any other option will likely end in a similar disaster.
And if they are going to Ticketmaster, I am sure the irony is lost on no one.
wow...... not even a word.....but they know how to lock threads
I wonder what'd take to lock this one...
Please, for the sake of all of our sanity... let's not try to find out.

Yeah why not skip the ticketsales and sell the "early entry" thing for free as you said. Does it matter for the venue how many get in 15 minutes before?

Don't shoot me if I'm wrong, but my gut feeling is they are going to present us with a solution / a deal or something, this evening, and they are currently trying to work out the detail of this. They never usually give any 'holding' messages - they give the fait accompli in one go - and it is still early in Seattle time.

Just received this e-mail from Crowdsurge: We are waiting for an update so we will contact all customers as soon as we have confirmed information. Until we receive official notification from 10Club we are unable to confirm any further information regarding the pre-sale.
I know it's not much, but at least we know that the people at Crowdsurge haven't left work and that they (too) are waiting for TC to communicate.
