Finally. My first show, Brisbane 2 1998. I never bought the poster. I have every poster to every PJ/EV show since.

I finally got it. I didn't, and wouldn't let it get away this time.

I feel like i paid too much for it, i won it just now on ebay, but as many of you would understand, i needed to have it. I will frame it and smile every day when i look at it. It's numbered 34/500 too.

I got it for $350 plus shipping. Again, i feel it's too much, but whoever the one person was who was in the bidding war w/me was, kept going back and forth until it hit $350, and it never changed from that point.

Fucking Stoked!

i am happy for you! screw the money, man, and dont think in these terms. if you couldnt afford it this way or the other, you wouldnt buy it in the first place, right? the cash comes and goes and it is only a mean, not the Grail if i may quote you:)
    glad you got it!
i still have the poster from my first pj show in Warsaw'96. the band didnt put out any fancy one, so i bought from some dude mint poster they were promoting the show on the walls and boards with. it is big as f!@# and nothing special but will never give it away. i know what you re feeling, Good for you!

Paid a heck of a lot more for my "grail" and I have never ever once thought about the money! IMHO if you say "I spent too much on my grail" then I am not sure it is a grail, just something eveyone can easily find and have. If so then the word "grail" is being used for the wrong reasons. Just my 2 cents anyway! :D

I really don't think i spent too much on it. I didn't really word it correctly, i meant, i didn't expect to pay that much for it, but i had no problem dropping $350 on it. I had my bid amount set significantly higher had the bidding continued. This really is my holy grail, and i've been waiting nearly 14 years for it. There were only 500 ever made, it's signed and numbered, and it's definitely not something everyone can have. It was my first show, the only show out of 12 i don't have the poster for. This is only my 3rd opportunity to get this in the last 5 or 6 years, it doesn't come around often at all.

I'm never selling it. It's going straight in a frame, and going to sit on my wall for good.

got the Sydney 98 poster for about $400 a few years ago. It was my first show, and the only P/EV poster I didn't have from the shows I've seen (except no fucking EV Canberra poster existed)!

Is that how much that goes for??? fuck... there goes my chances of having it again....

My sis bought it from the show in 98... My parents wouldn't let me go to the concert, I was 12... so my sis gave it to me... and well I won't say what I did with it... but I wish I knew the importance of these posters back then.... :(
